They all share water and sewer.

Additionally, providing space for home-based businesses or shared offices may appeal to those needing occasional in-person meetings.

Look for local real estate investor meetups to meet people who are possibly willing to share their experience and what tips they may share with you.

Would you mind sharing what your downpayment and closing costs were for this deal? 

first off if you have to buy a system those are not true private money lenders those are HML ers full stop.private money lenders are folks that you meet personally.. at REIA meetings etc.. other professionals that you may encounter in your day to day that would have invest-able cash. many of these professionals will have IRA solo K profit sharing plans and those are your perfect investor. otherwise quit wasting your time and find the nearest HML that are REAL  ( tons of fakes) their rate will be basically the same as private lenders generally speaking

In a perfect world, they may share it evenly (in this sample that would be 3% of the sales price, which is 50/50 of the $24,000)  but you'll see a lot of much smaller splits, even as low as 2%. 

However, I take full responsibility for my actions and I'm sharing this with the community in a spirit of an alert of those people that want to hurt our small businesses.I'm NOT posting this in a form of retaliation, but more to protect those entrepreneurs who would be looking for funding.
