When a rental hits the market with a fair price, it sells immediately.

The previous owner rezoned it or the city did but the guy in there is selling through a commercial broker.

I have 2 other rentals that ideally can subsidize this, so, would I be better off holding onto it for the long haul and evening out eventually, or selling the property and getting something else?  

I used to have 15+ units here, have been selling them off and going into a different niche.

It can be argued either way but "building a list" is useless without properties to offer.One might say, "who will I sell the house to if I have no buyers?"

I’ve seen vague listing descriptions where either the listing agent didn’t verify that fact or they were purposefully misleading by marketing those STRs as if the permit could be transferred to a new buyer.I certainly wish they could because it would help increase value of my home being able to sell the permit with it when I was ready to trade up.Hope this helps Andre!
