I see Sebonic Financial listed quite a bit in ad screens for various real estate listing sites (Zillow, Trulia, etc.)  Has anyone had any experience with this company? 

There are four (I think) historical districts, which can be expensive and painful to work in.The supply of multi-families on the market is tight, and generally overpriced for what the rents will bear.  

I've been looking at houses in different areas on Realtor.com and also viewing the crime maps on spotcrime.com as well at neighborhood scout.What I seek is a SFH or small multi-family unit with good cash flow.

Just figure out what you want to accomplish, develop a plan, seek out someone for advise or mentorship who is doing what you want,and execute your plan..

Seek out complementary services, and keep an eye out for established businesses is lesser-quality locations that could benefit by making a step up.
