I would scan the local website or the local housing authority for those who have Sect. 8 benefit letters (aka vouchers), and advertise the home there.

I also have them send me a pic, so if that's not the dog that shows up at the property upon move-in, I have that as proof of fraud.  

The absolute silliness of the above scenario has me hoping to never get another conventional loan again.A pic of one other letters I was referring to... talk about an oxymoron! 

With the new I-pad they are able to take pics and video as well as use talk to text features for notations.

Apparently the closing will be through emails and scans and then I will meet up with the agent to transfer the keys.

Also.. can you upload a pic to your profile?

A nice shot overlooking the city from a pool in the hills would be worth a few hundred bucks a day...the subjects would bring several outfit changes, take a bunch of pics in each outfit, then post the pictures throughout the year.

@Cindy Joseph, I'm no expert at examining sewer pipe pictures, but nothing in those pics looks like an imminent issue to me.
