I've avoided buying laundry machines so far, in order to not be responsible for their maintenance, but I am willing to buy a stackable if that's what it takes.

Marketing your property and conducting a thorough screening will help to ensure you have leads and a new responsible tenant.

Only a Self Directed IRA require a custodian who is responsible to make the deals, meaning they sign the papers etc, this costs money and time.
