There is NO inspection report available, but I heard some contractors say it would take about 30K/4 weeks or so to bring up to rental standards.  

I am happy to report once again that we have increased our portfolio.

If you have very limited credit, identify alternative credit references which could be included in a full factual credit report.

ARV is reported to be in ballpark of 130-150k.

@Fred Dray My Current situation is we are a property investment company managing it's own portfolio.We outsource most maintenance jobs to individuals.The management arm has been overlooked by me and the Managing Director when he is available.However my big weakness is that as the company is growing bigger I need to build a strong team and I would like to digitize my management(been mostly old school) so as to provide concise reports for company management.Therefore, I have no idea how to go about it as I've been mostly conducting things myself over the years.Please assist on how to go about this...

I've been a Petroleum Landman for the last 10years writing mineral ownership reports for a Denver area based brokerage. 

I have no idea why that is all that was taken but that's the report.

Some of the stuff is meaningless, but a buyer will still ask you to fix it if it is on their report.
