My realtor never said anything abt it but sent me a doc to sign and there is a clause asking me to say if I want to do this inspection or not.2nd I see homes that says 3 bedroom but the county health dept says the septic is only for 2 bedrooms..cannot understand why they use bedrooms va a bathroom..anyway have folks come across this issue when buying and what did you do?

You only get what you are owed.If it goes to bankruptcy it STOPS foreclosure process as they try and restructure the debt and go back to regular payments potentially (depends on type they file)To be blunt if you never have bought a note before buying a non performing commercial note would be like handing the keys to a tractor trailer to your 16 year old kid and say go drive this as their first car they ever drove.

i was at providence little company of mary san pedro for my chaplain training/residency. loved it/providence. still have friends at providence and my most recent manager was from providence mission hills. i (very recently) left my job at Dignity Health - california hospital in DTLA. moved from Los Angeles to Columbus, OH. yea, investing out of state is almost the only option if you're in LA unfortunately, but there is a LOT of opportunity out here i'm finding!
