Riverwest get's mentioned a lot, but frankly it's been called up and coming 30 years ago and it's still not quite there..Investing in a neighborhood in the hopes that it will turn has a speculative element to it: it could work out, but it also could fail.

I think the brand is called Elements, it's similar to HD Lifeproof just a little cheaper, has the underlayment attached already and pretty thick material.

But it will be protected from the elements which may be helpful in maintenance.
