I just try to get as many as I can possibly get (actually that was before) I purposely stopped tweaking my site as I am getting more leads I can handle, which results in angry sellers that do not get return calls and results in bad reviews.. which you want to avoid.. ughh.Yes everyone has their preferences but I seriously do think there is one method that surpasses all in every way. a #1 ranking website.

@Daniel Harbuz- I am not an attorney but I wold think that since the business is registered in DE, you have to use that sate for purposes of your contract.

I would also think that buying property #2 is easier if property #1 is an asset of the LLC.But the main idea is I don't want to impact my own credit score for business purposes.

But when they follow bad advice and pay too much they end up learning all that stuff and realize they aren't REI's....they just bought themselves very poorly paid jobs as all purpose handymen.
