I just try to get as many as I can possibly get (actually that was before) I purposely stopped tweaking my site as I am getting more leads I can handle, which results in angry sellers that do not get return calls and results in bad reviews.. which you want to avoid.. ughh.Yes everyone has their preferences but I seriously do think there is one method that surpasses all in every way. a #1 ranking website.

I would also think that buying property #2 is easier if property #1 is an asset of the LLC.But the main idea is I don't want to impact my own credit score for business purposes.
