While most cops are professional and do provide society a critical service, this difference in the public's respect for them compared to other countries is quite puzzling to me.I would not mind figuring this out so if someone has an explanation for it.

You better look at the publication date of any books on notes, they need to be 2012/13 as the world has changed, following stuff done 40 years ago or even 5 years ago would be trouble. :)

I have not been able to find that on the public MLS but I wonder if you could find that on the real estate agent MLS.If it varies from MLS to MLS I am particularly interested in MLS for dutchess county NY.

I take people into markets before they become publicized like Buffalo and KC are right now and prices get all jacked up.

Since you have money, you might consider updating it yourself, if it's nothing major and open up potential buyers to the public....retail it!

Advertise to the public and make connections at the local REI group.

In other words, I did not publically market for them and take their funds after first contact.
