How to protect myself?

My personal protection is something I seem to be hung up on (perhaps some analysis paralysis is in play), so really ANY information regarding these options would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes hits come in tandem, that is what you need to protect against.

This is the job of the insurance industry to protect your assets via the policy and protect against claims.

I still, however, have retained all of my RE investing expertise.

What if they didn't pay their property taxes or insurance for five years and the lender advanced to cover it and protect their interests?

I'm totally reliant on the expertise available on the internet; Scott Meyers, Mark Helm, SSA, ISS, etc.
