Is Craigslist the best place to post vacant units still, or what else is good?

After posting I saw in your profile you are a software engineer.....What would be REALLY cool...If you could develop an easy to use Gantt chart software (Think Microsoft Project, but WAY easier to use) that was designed specifically for Real Estate reno / BRRRR. 

@Elaine Hester I suspect you’ll get a fair amount of negative comments to your post.

This would help determine if they are honest to begin with or are just trying to pitch you on a product and make a sale. 

I had a previous post where I was looking for a 3BR place <$300K near the theme parks in Orlando.

The more I read these posts, the more I think I should try and build for investors here.... they give away too much...Pay the builder.

But the example you gave, I would estimate $3M as a good starting point for the project.Your post liquidity also will be looked at as well.I would recommend partnering with people that compliments areas you may not be strong at for your project.
