Platforms - BP, FacebookBigger pockets is probably one of the best places to build a buyers list (shocker, I know).

Mobile homes?

Hi Courtney,For more of my expounding on the seacoast NH, please check my prior posts on the subject (I'm on mobile so trying to keep this brief). 

Perhaps my lack of clarity on the issue comes only from the accountant and attorney around me talking about selling mobile homes (which we do rarely and not for much direct profit).

Prospects will say "OK" and still give a mobile phone number and later say that's the only number they have and they thought it was a LL.

I think MHP=mobile home parks. 

This would be for a number of single family homes and mobile homes.  

I am already learning a lot from here... and I would want to be a very well established and astute real estate investor in the nearest future so I will like to use this as a platform for growth and learning for myself and others.

Mobile homes with no land, or vacant lots, or minimum bid was crazy high above value of the property.
