Connect with others and post on social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

I did find they were much more open to talking if they had already heard of me or seen my advertisements somewhere.Social media was great for free advertising by posting in community pages but since the special ad category became a thing, I've hated paying for ads.

It's just like when the talking heads on mainstream media begin their pontification with "the U.S. real estate market is  < insert broad, ignorant generalization here >." 

Since BP and social media are the main ways I connect with borrowers I've embedded myself with some lenders who allow first time 5 + unit operators, allow out of state investing, etc.  

Now that the government and the media have joined forces to make the “haves” the evil enemy to be attacked that obviously stole everything they have from the have-nots.

Oftentimes the media does not tell this, other, side of the equation.

I do everything from video/music/picture marketing, social media posts, website design, contract negotiations, managing homeowners/crews, design layouts, pickup and deliver orders/materials, tile install, flooring, drywall, cabinets etc!
