They think I should get a job at a reputable company to start my career.

Most are trying to get me to refi,  and they make like 13k off it and I still dont get enough money to do the job.

The markets above were chosen based on population growth, job growth, etc. 

I can see getting out there and talking with the other investors in the area being very helpful because they have lots of connections and experiences to know who is doing a great job managing and who isn't. 

However, I have a full time job and part of the requirement to be a broker eventually is that I have to hang my license somewhere for 2 years.
