It would obviously be a lot cheaper to install electric baseboard especially considering one of the 2 bedrooms already has some electric baseboards installed in it.The house is in a nice neighborhood for the town it is located and is on a cul de sac with a fenced in yard (.25 acres) and the apartments are large 2-bedrooms for the area as well.My question is 2-fold:1.

The latter will dictate price.We installed a couple of the less expensive 'chinese' sinks & after 3 years rusting is occurring as is wear of the 'surface stainless'.

During this inspection they noticed a beam that we installed to open up the floor plan is bearing wait on the floor where there is not support in the basement.

The building has 2 - 2 bedroom apartments and 2 - 1 bedroom apartments.My renovation plan includes converting the existing 2 bedroom units which are large into 3 bedroom units, and installing new heat & water systems to allow the tenants to cover their own utilities and help reduce my operating expenses.The asking price is $1.5m.
