Follow up: If you are installing  whole-home AC anyway, do you leave the radiators or install a furnace along with it and remove them?

Third, my guess is that you are going to have to install central AC and all of the duct work as well. 

I am having replacement windows installed in my rental SFH (WI);  (didn't know where else to post this). 

Seeing that flashing was not installed, you have water penetrating between the gaps. 2nd photo shows concrete spalling (most likely due to freeze-thaw cycle) and exposed rebar now beginning to rust.

My shower door installer was gobsmacked at the low price I'd gotten on the fancy shower door for my last flip.Best thing is, they have an algorithm that matches what you look at.

A couple years later they complain that they don't like carpet and want the owner to install hardwood floors.

It goes up for carpet if you use a "Carpet Installer" : $3.50 - $4.50 (ridiculous, right?).  

I am installing both. 

In my area, once utilities are provided to a lot, there is no hookup/installation cost to re-establish service after demo.

They installed extra lock so I couldn’t get in and check if they moved their stuffs in the bedroom..Since two days have passed already, and I have their move out notice signed and sent them text messages,  Can I have their cars towed and change the locks to get in?
