The ma8n problem I've seen that once an area is hot, flippers are all over it and there are suddenly sooio many properties on the market.....and many at unrealistic prices......that mant may sit longer than they had been a few months before.

Rental markets are hot around the country yet you have a doctor and lawyer complaining about paying market rate for a newly renovated home?

A typical home warranty covers major mechanicals like HVAC, hot water tank and all minor repairs including plumbing (but excluding your main plumbing line).

We added an extra bedroom, replaced the big wooden beams of the carport which were rotten and he also taught me how to do the AC/Duct system in a house with no attic and boy, IT WAS ONE HOT SUMMER!

I was a guest on episode 212 on that podcast. i listen to many others but i am really getting frustrated with the “fluff” and some of the non-constructive stuff that goes on many of the other ones. some others that are good are Adam Adam’s creative real estate podcast, joe fairless’ best ever podcast, rod kleifs podcast, the old dawg REI Network podcast and also michael blanks podcast.

Columbus, OH is a hot market right now, especially with the city expanding and increasing population.

Boise area is the hot spot in the state so I don't know how it will affect things there.
