I have dealt with a company before that I went to with a short sale but never received anything neither a finders fee a smile or a thank you very much.

A guy dies and goes to heaven and get up there looking around and sees all the happy people riding on clouds and leasuirly walking streets of gold and all of them was so happy and so well fed and just so healthy looking and everyone was so contented and seemingly helpful.

That is, until I got tired of them refusing to help themselves and work when they had the chance, leaving their kids unattended while they went out and got drunk and/or made more babies, locking the kids out of the apartment to protect their 40" plasma TVs until they got home, and all the wasted taxpayer-funded healthy produce food deliveries that went unused while welfare recipients got take out.

I'm in the @Steve Olafson camp and am making popcorn and settling in for the big show.Our latest offer was received with a smile.  

I am hoping the rental market is healthy there because I plan to rent/hold.

If they're not ready for it, hopefully you'll have some good screening in place to figure that out before you rent to them (smile).

The inspector, who was very confrontational a moment earlier, smiled at me, apologized for inconveniencing me, quickly packed up and left.

I use to post a few ads at different price points to test the market to see where the top or sweet spots were.  1-3 replies at a high price was probably top of the market, a healthy 5-10 replies were usually the sweet spot.

So I'm assuming for jumbo loans, you earn a healthy sized %?
