I look at the numbers  people are getting for rent on Balto homes , and then I compare them to what I get on mine in Pasadena , ( south of Balto ) .

I can say that one of the units is at ground level and I expect that will raise the insurance cost some.Do you know of/have a rental property calculator somewhere?  

If the borrower has other properties already, then the new one using FHA loan must have the biggest sq ft. and is the biggest house compare to other houses.

Though the basement will not have a full kitchen, I may be able to use it for comparative purposes related to occupancy.I may do yet another experiment in future renting by room using 1, 3 or 6 month leases targeting medical students and see how that route compares.

Sorry don’t understand your replyWhat is your definition of a B neighborhood I am looking at some oF them right nowThese neighborhoods are in fantastic condition compared to back in the ‘70s and ‘80sEven my wife said she would feel safe living in these neighborhoodsNo burned out buildings.

If I cannot find 3-5 I will extend the filter to include 6 months of sales before I go further than .5miRemember that a comp should have a similar style (don't compare ranches with 2 stories), similar construction (brick vs siding etc), and similar age (+-10 years if possible)
