Greg -Keep in mind that the second closing attorney will NOT have a copy of the warranty deed from the first closing attorney, unless you specifically arrange it.If the second closing attorney doesn't have all the paperwork from the first closing (such as the warranty deed), they likely won't be able to close the second part of the deal.Make sure you consult both title companies before trying to do this...as long as you give them a proper heads-up, they should be able to work something out.

Do you have a copy of a document signed by someone with a title at CW/BOA?

Maybe even get a blank copy of their normal contract to take to your lawyer so that you have time to evaluate all the clauses in the proposed contract.

Make copies.

Check with a probate attorney....Get a copy of the death certificate.

There is a new law requiring a 3 day borrower review of the appraisal and requiring their signature that they have recieved a copy of the appraisal.

Stick a copy of your lease in there as well.

That is when the bank agrees to take less than is owed.Contact the bank with a copy of the death certificate and request that they work with you.
