If a solid percentage of buyers end of buying their homes or if the monthly purchase price is less than what a reasonable rent would be or if that is the fair market value for the home, etc, etc.Market forces and a wealth of readily available resources (the internet) has made true predatory lending a small segment of the housing industry in recent year. 

Your very valid point regarding the difficulties in filing those cases does not negate the impact of them having been decided in the owners favor.I also failed to mentioned how difficult it is to file and win a claim of an invalid sale.

And that decision is to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AN INVESTOR THAT TAKES NO TIME TO UNDERSTAND THEM.BEGIN WITH A THOROUGH EXAMINATIONJust as a medical professional would never think of treating you without following these three steps in order, you as a doctor of selling, would never allow a Seller to force you to sell without you going through your three stages as well.

Note holding fees would include property taxes, insurance (if you are doing force placed insurance), and servicing over your anticipated holding period. 

That may impact the value. 

What this means, is that there is virtually no inspection fees and very low permit/impact fees.

But I am not forced to do that if times are tough.
