I continued for a little bit and gained valuable knowledge on the studies of art and math but with not job it was hard to continue to skate to school using up 4 hours to get and 4 hours to come home on school days i didnt really make time to actually follow through with interviews and potential job opportunities because i was to focused on my craft, but One day while skating to see my mom i saw a banner for a job opportunity and applied and told my self if i got called would follow through no matter what.

That said, following up with the dr and letting the tenant know you will be doing so can help encourage tenants to be forthright with if this is a legitimate need.

In any event, the following will be good metrics to look at.- Jobs (growth, stability, etc)- Schools- Population growth or lackthereof - Rent Rates- Sales Prices- New home sales/ build volume (market saturation) - CrimeA good macro site is City-data.com but you will surely want to get feelers out into the local economy as well to determine the above.

@Jamie Hall Ask the following questions to all potential brokers (in addition to commission splits, fees, etc.) 1) Who will be my mentor, what is his/her experience in total # of MF transactions broken into buyers/sellers, how available is he/she, and what expectations (if any) will he/she have in return for advice (beyond commission split)?

A cash purchase is basically that, no one accepts suitcases full of cash anymore, but no one will check where it came from.Bank loans of course are MUCH more strict.
