I am looking for any feedback on Business Banking/Business Credit Cards that people have used in similar situations as mine. 

., no gifts (even from wife), credit card advances, etc.

Agreed with Jeffrey...We used a GC on our first couple projects, then I hired a project manager and we started hiring subs directly.Go to Home Depot or Lowes at 7am on a typical weekend and start collecting cards.

Jason, in order to get all my "secrets", you have to be one of the first ten to run to the back of the room with your credit card high in hand and have enough "leverage" on it to pay the one day only special low price of $4,995!

Him his brother do real estate and own around 8 properties between the 2 of them.He called yesterday and said the bank just cut his limit on credit cards in the middle of a rehab.

I was thinking of maybe a $100 gift card for a local restaurant - enough to be more than a token thanks, but not enough to suggest I was swaying him.Any thoughts or experiences?
