my nephew was kicked out of his home he lived in with his mother and step dad... he's 19 just graduated high school.. his mother threw his belongings out on the yard..She called police and got a order of protection.. he was never given any papers but was texted by mom she has one on him and he has to go to court.. he lives in Maryland what are his rights if any?

With regards to licensing/union 'ladders' - perhaps there's a correlation there between achievement of (for instance) journeyman or years in a union - however even if that was true - there doesn't appear to be correlation between the 'other' important things - caring a little, not drinking on the job, not stealing stuff, etc.I don't know.
