Hi Marcial,Inspecting mobile homes are usually just like inspecting single family homes - I just inspect everything from top to bottom including the roof (is it leaking?)

We had loan docs being drawn and found out listing agent opened another escrow and sold the house to another buyer.

Better to get a release from the DOC then be the one that proves the clause has merit in court.

Or do you like to keep it simple and just put in the offer and the required docs?
