There may be a way to legally and ethically hide this information (what you paid for it), but it may take it several weeks for the data to populate through and for Zillow to update.

I am definitely still learning how to do the diligence necessary to call a deal "good", and I have also been wondering if software like this exists.Ideally, I'd love to have a tool that could be almost completely comprehensive: Comps (with photos), nearby rental details, craigslist searches, very rough calculations of things like CoC and NOI, etc..I know sites like Zillow give you some of this data, but it's obviously only one source.

In other cases they will list every mobile home park on a state website, and you can copy and paste the data into a spreadsheet.

I have kept both the hard copy as well as the soft copy and the best part is I have it all in the cloud based platform where in there is no risk of data loss.
