For #5, the apartment industry has painting contractors that paint units (including SW paint) for low prices and they knock a unit out in an hour or two. 

Use this low cost, low risk approach to learn.  

An investor buys the liens, thinking he/she will end up with a property worth, in its current condition, perhaps $40,000.

Hello Community:I have currently rented a property to a tenant and signed the rental agreement in the name of Trust.

We keep selling within 2 weeks because we price our deals below the ones that are currently active.

I consider myself to have low risk tolerance.

Interest rates back then were very low...2-3 percent.
