Financing or backing a construction project is one of the riskiest areas of RE financing.Your post may make good conversation in a forum, but I'd suggest you put other people's money at risk without experience, it's not about being intelligent, it's about experience and understanding the ways you can lose it before you can do your due diligence.

It was a condo conversion there began in January, finished in May and completely sold off by September.
