Replacing a fuse box with a breaker box (has to be licensed by the city), running a sewer snake through a cleanout hole (I don't want anyones feces on my body, not even my own), crawling under a house to fix plumbing (I'm claustrophobic and have panic attacks), dealing with intruders you catch on security cameras (I call the police and meet them there). 

Also, depending on the hardwood flooring you can refinish it every so often up to a certain amount of times.Carpet is nice depending on what floor the apartment is located on as it transmits less sound, but they do hold smell and can get dirty quickly...The winner LVP.

When I opened the refrigerator I was almost knocked over by about the nastiest funk I have ever smelled.

I realized that the tenants are heavy marijuana smokers and have permeated the smell to my other unit.

All day the gut retching smell permeated everywhere.

The whole thing smelled of intellectul dishonesty my first time hearing about it.Its nice to be able to acquire the units for 40 cents on the dollar compared to what is then offered to investors.

There was another set of footprints, clearly running with long strides, toward the back of the lot where there was a fairly steep hill...with what appeared to be multiple body imprints falling and tumbling down the hill.

Is it just finding properties with problems that scare people off (mold, junk, bad smell, etc) and buying those because they will be cheaper?

Just so you can make sure it doesn’t smell like smoke.
