Do they show houses for auction on the MLS?

There's nothing you can do until they hit the MLS or an auction site.  

Based on the sales results in some of the areas that I looked at, this does sort of confirm that most of the auctions sell at very close to or at market value (might be very few exceptions).

Here is a new bit of information that I just learned, one of my friends that owns a business on the same street just notified me of a retail plaza with seven shops, sold last year on the Auction block for 240K.What kind of an affect will this have on the value of the property I am looking at.

In Georgia the foreclosure auctions are the first Tuesday of every month.
