I make a lot of offers and even with the e-signatures in software like docusign I don't want to have to "sign" every line for every offer I make and, more so, I don't want to have to check the document to make sure everything is accurate insofar as how it binds me to the offer.

If you wanted to private message me your address and some other details, Id be happy to give you an accurate idea of the value of your house, as well as how much you could walk away with if you sold.Now as to the improvements you made....It is unfortunate that the major systems of the house, while are really important, do not affect the value of a home as much as they should in our area unfortunately.

Most mailing houses will put them through NCOA and/or CASS verification to make sure the addresses are accurate.
