I ran a ghost ad for a three bedroom for rent and found strong demand.My new design is 3 three bedroom and 1 two bedroom.I will post some video next week on how I plan to convert the common areas into additional bedrooms. 

Some pre-licensing teachers video tape their class and post on YouTube for others to watch.

We did get a new-in-box big screen TV (50", but about 15 years old), a new water heater, some tools, a couple 8mm video cameras from the 1960s and other random stuff.  

The founder has a youtube video where he literally brags that he makes more money selling programs about real estate than doing real estate.
