I would replace whatever you have to, to get top rent if you can.Would like to see your calculations for cashflow as well.

The trick to to get an idea of what's going to sale that day or for a few days in advance and just skip over the useless banter.

Typically this happens at about the 4-5 property mark, where qualifying with DTI becomes too hard and/or cumbersome - DSCR loans are much more flexible and ready for people who are scaling past the 4/5 property mark (no DTI calc, no Income Verification or Requirement, can qualify with the Form 1007 rents 100% or even with alternative rental income sources, etc.)!
