Pines’ license to practice law was suspended Thursday by the State Bar Court, which said his actions actions on behalf of foreclosed homeowners “tarnished the reputation of other attorneys and the legal community as a whole.â€Pines, 59, who earned his law degree at the University of San Diego, was arrested by Simi Valley police for trespassing at a client’s home in Ventura County earlier this year.

He made it kind of nasty, filing false police report that I was supposedly at the house, breaking in and taking all of his tools.

While living in the South End I had to contact police numerous times due to constant drug deals in the neighborhood, people passed out on the sidewalk during the day, gun shots, etc. 

Do you really think that I can get those drug trafficking charges dropped if I told the police I wasn't selling you any drugs at all.

I was informed by a RE agent awhile back that it just isn't legal to levy a fine on a tenant for running a party that got out of control and had police called in.

If I buy the houses I will set up cameras and motion lights, put out signs and lean on the county to clean it up and police to patrol it.
