I was surprised  to see such a company on Bigger Pockets.Has any BPer had a positive experience with the online auction?

How do keep my cash buyer from seeing the original price of the property online. 

Apparently not available on line.

Does anyone on here have a recommendation for online education to get my license for Texas?

I read a few books and also watched a few videos on youtube about how to wholesale with no money, credit, or license.

Hello, I could use some guidance, My mother was left two properties with 5 apartments here in rochester byShe's owns them in part with family and is trying to manage them There is extensive plumbing damage as well as needed updates She had no credit or moneyAny ideas as far as private funding for renovationsShe owns the properties outright there's value in them Wouldn't need much 20 or 30k

I tried to read whatever I could find online but it was mostly telling me to save and invest in a 401k.

My experience has been to PreQual the candidates with their on-line lenders otherwise I was ending up with Candidates that could only afford the Lease if they did not pay ANY of their other bills:-(
