I have heard a lot about Quickbooks and other various software's but I don't think I'm at the point where I need something as robust as those right now.Does anyone have a good beginner accounting software they recommend?

Also, stick to cloud software built for accounting like Quickbooks Online.

If you insist on using it, you will probably have to figure out how to export the data to Quickbooks and then produce reports from there.If you plan on managing for others - and particularly if you plan to grow your business - then you should consider moving to professional management software like Buildium, Rent Manager, etc.

Is anyone familiar with this CRM? Would you recommend it or Myreipro?

I also suggest that look into full featured property management software if you plan to self manage (which I do recommend-- so long as you lease great software)!

What's everyone's favorite rental/property management software?

We use to run Buildium, but that software pales in comparison (for many reasons) - we've been using Propertyware now for about 10 years and it works well. 

I am a software manager by trade with experience in 3D design, websites & general construction.
