Upon entering college It was recommended that I look into becoming a biomedical technician; it sounded good, so I said YES!

Well here I am to make it right.I started my investing career shortly after graduating college, purchasing my first house in mid 2006 here in Central Fl with big plans to make money and roll it into additional purchases.

Btw I lived in PA for a few years while attending college in Johnstown.That is where one of my rental properties are.

I have a question...I am looking to intern @ a pm office, to get an understanding of how exactly things work.What do i look for and what are some of the criteria of a goo PM?

There are tons of college students and young professionals everywhere you could vet through an application process and get some good tenants in there with you.

As you know already all of those cities/towns have great colleges and hospitals nearby, but also have some rough neighborhoods.

I first heard about Bigger Pockets from my close college friend who is a huge fan of this platform. 

I remember doing something like that while studying finance in college.
