I tried searching on the google machine for local resources but couldn't find much other than contact information and really basic navigational type information.If I close on the property, is there anything required of me as the new landlord to be part of the program?

I found it much easier to navigate and make sure parameters for the property were set up properly.

Just a difficult landscape to navigate from my understanding.

Yes the current market is hard to navigate and I understand real estate is a get rich slow business, but I can't help but question if I am leaving anything on the table when I read stories of people scaling from low six figures to millions in a couple of years! 

In terms of actual areas, I wouldn't focus on 10 different places as that would make things way too difficult to navigate.

They can help you scale up but also deal with issues you have (like finding vendors, how to navigate tricky situations, etc).

So happy to see everyone on here has such a great understanding of what it’s like navigating your way into adulthood on a foundation of bad advice from all you parents, teachers and mentors.
