My lot is zoned B-4 which is the zoning for a Dispensary here Colorado.

If this was ever to happen I would be able to collect this because I have 3 parents that co-sign for their college kids.

Hello All,Can a property be bought while it is still in probate (in Colorado, to be specific)?

There's a Northern CO meetup on April 5 in Erie. 

I've also identified two co-workers as potential partners (we are exploring the idea together, sharing research resources, sharing our R.E. analyses, trying to identify potential deals, and getting a better understanding of creative financing options.  

unfortunately all of my family is in Colorado and Wyoming.

Don't be discouraged, you have plenty of time to find a reputable co. that charges a reasonable price.
