D you think BP mobile app is better use than the mobile website?  

Tenants may never know- but it can be discovered.As others have said, the Venmo app will have the transfers on.I would make sure that you have 1 and a half months security deposit per unit and if not I would want to know why.

other than 3rd party expsenses and EM  have you paid the lender a app  fee or commitment fee or anything of that nature.. or just the apprasial and inspection ? 

As you mentioned, after landlord completes their end of application, the Neighborly app sends a link to the tenant.

Comes with the territory of owning a cell phone.

If the jamb wood-work and overall ascetics of the woodwork are good and wanted to be kept, I would do that via first opening all the interior case trim of windows, insulating via closed cell expanding foam (NOT open cell, specifically closed), and than reinstalling all casing.
