Is there anyone is the Cincinnati currently hosting meetups? 

A lot of the crowdfunding platforms solicit single deal investment opportunities for a host of different sponsors, some of which have good return history, some do not - so picking the best sponsor to trust is everything.

Kelly Soderlund host it and it’s a good way to meet up with other investors in this area.

I'm pretty sure you can find a few hosts that are doing great there but I personally wouldn't invest with STR intentions in Vegas unless you are aiming for more corporate rentals. 

If you were the BP podcast host, or cohost, and had the opportunity to interview @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner, what are the top questions you’d want answered? 

But, the host is entertaining and it's a good networking atmosphere...plus it's free! 

If getting into the city isn't a total pain for the participants, this could be a great spot to hold the meet ups.Once I'm back from holiday, I'd like to attend the next meet up - Hosting it at a Breather space :) S

Also, I enjoy using AirBNB on the guest side, and every time I'd stay someplace I'd think that I would enjoy hosting.
