To name a few… Things like; DMV records, credit report records, post office records, drivers license records, address used on tax returns, W-2’s, 1099’s, unemployment claims, hunting and fishing licenses, credit card statements, bank statements, insurance of all sorts; home owners, health, life etc., what your friends, family, neighbors, and employer would tell someone asking about where you live.

I've been getting some great responses here so I thought i'd pose this.My plan is to buy a mutli-family 4 or less, with #'s that work.I currently own my own home, have a mortgage out for about 60% of the property.As I don't have a property lined up, I spoke with my last broker and he stated "you need 25% down" on 3-4 fams and 20% down on 2 fams.In most cases I'll assume I can take the 20-25% from my home.

Lately I have been finding ALOT of them. unit prices are in the area of 70 - 75k per unit and onthly rents are in area of 650 - 750. year built two are built in 70's and one in 80's. would these be considered deals or just OK.

Ibrahim S, I am looking in the Elmora section (which I do not think is a comparable product to most of newark) but taxs on most SFH in that area are around 7-9K and on 2 family or more are 9+.
