Once those concepts have settled I am going to give it another read.Since joining, I have listened to about 20+ episodes of the podcast and just purchased "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down" and will begin listening during tomorrow morning workout.

I listened to a couple of live training sessions here on BP. 

The first is whether or not I discuss all the details with the buyer or do I send over the buyer's info to the company and let them work out the deal.

If it were me I'd talk to the realtor anyway and work out a deal for him/her to handle the transaction.

Hello I am interested in buying a rental 6 plex+.I have a contact but my first experience with him didn’t work out good.Would appreciate If some one give contacts of contractors and good real estate agent.

That lends itself to be a much better play for some one like you, who can use six, maybe seven figures to build a reasonably diverse portfolio in the state and, if they win, great, but if it turns south or takes more time than predicted to work out, has the ability to carry the investment until it rebounds or can take the haircut and go about life.

Also, is there added value to contracting this work out to a security professional or company?
