As you said, I can start looking before closing to identify and be ready to do an offer and if it doesn't work I would still be looking for properties that meet my criteria to include in if one falls out.Also, I tried to get to your web site using the signature link but it's not working.

Only about 6 people on this site even know what they are talking about, none are just RE investors, in tax work, are Realtors, just note buyers or business managers, they are all in finance/banking and compliance.Want to know, call the public information number for the CFPB or ask a question on their web site.Seems too, you shouldn't be able to title a thread with the same title as another thread.Yes, there is opportunity, not so much for investors but for finance types.

If the owner employs a management company, then the management company is required to obtain the business license - not the property owner.according to the tab (Profits Tax) on the same page above, I should NOT file form RD-108 either to pay KCMO city earnings tax, because I am a passive investor, and not actively involved in the management of my property.The problem is that, I did submitted my business license application a few weeks ago (still in the process) before I checked the KCMO web side.
