This is something that can be done prior to you filing to see what the system requires for your financing to go through.  

Its funny I had only had experience with this type of website prior to coming on to BP about 14 months ago,, and that was  with my Aircraft owners and Pilots  ( COPA) site..

From my experience they will do a soft pull on your credit prior to ordering docs and will also require a verbal verification of employment again as well.Inquiries shouldn't be an issue because you " really haven't opened new credit yet," and you are just shopping for different banks.

I don't advertise having a disposer and give the tenant a choice - keep the disposer as is until it breaks and then it will be removed, or have it removed prior to occupancy. 

We were able to walk it with our agent prior to auction and the place needs very little work (has new carpet and new paint - appliances needed).

I'd be curious why they'd take a lower offer, unless they had accepted it prior to yours.

and that the house is now owned by FMNA.To me that means, the buyers didn't get paid....but had to pay the lawyers...and subsequently lost the house to foreclosure, ruining their credit AND the prior owners (who may or may not have known about the spiders at time of sale).Sometimes it's easier to just suck it up and take care of business yourself.
