The portals & investors will not consider an investment if the developer is not experienced with a good to great track record.

The last common idea would be illustrating that some form of dual tracking is present, where the Borrower sought relief was engaged by the Mortgagee or Servicer and the FC continued in process.  

First question, Is this along the right track to find and analyze if a property is a potential deal?
