i just closed a deal at oregon last week and i reside in illinois. just tell the realtor, loan officer where you live and they will find a title company near your place. and the guy from the title company will call you to schedule and meet up with you during the closing. and the guy will mail all the signed forms to the lender. after they receive it. the seller will sign as well and mail you all the final paperworks signed by both parties!

There are a lot of moving parts in this and with many options that really depend more on what the parties want to get out of it, as both @Karen Margrave and @Tim Hoffman have stated.

When the mailing address is a bank like fifth third or old second for example here by chicago, does that mean the house was foreclosed or what exactly does it mean?

But, I always made sure there was a second or third person at the house for the appointment.

The first is required to be trained to assist the disability, the first two are not pets and cannot be excluded, the third is and can.
