If you search around, you'll find the ones that you like best for what resonates with you. 

Properties appreciate in locations that have strong demand, which is the key driver for sustained profitability.In a location where you can make money and you control your property as opposed to the government dictating what you can do.

Those with people skills and knowledge who have focused their efforts on building a sustainable investing business model will continue to prosper. 

And, perhaps my straightforward suggestions do not resonate well with you, especially if you are new to real estate and have yet to do many deals (perhaps even your first investment).

In reality, those people do not have the ability to sustain a standard of living of a millionaire from Dallas or Houston, for example.
