Personally, I am avoiding those markets for now just for a sustainability and environmental outlook, but I would overestimate for insurance premiums, almost 2x what you think just so you have a buffer.

Whatever we can do to help them is so important.

@Lilly Fang, to echo Gregory's answer, a sole-member LLC is a disregarded entity from tax purposes, so no tax benefits or added costs in my experience.  

If so, that would be great, I will triple my business :)
